The Secret Happy Couples Know
By Meagan MorrisYep, it's really that easy, according to a new survey conducted by the University of Washington in Seattle. Researchers interviewed over 100,000 people and found that 40 percent of the couples who say they're happy to get it on three to four times a week.
As for the nude sleeping? Thirty-four percent of satisfied women and 38 percent of men admit to sleeping in the buff at all times.
So, people are getting in a lot of naked sexytime, but what about romance?
That's where we're lacking, according to the survey results published in the just-released book The Normal Bar. According to researchers, people on a whole are "somewhat romance starved"-44 percent of people in the U.S. "hardly ever" or "never" go out on a date.
Despite that, 60 percent of couples admit to being happy in their relationships.
The takeaway for your relationship: Don't cut down on the time you spend between the sheets (obvi), but maybe switch it up with some regular date nights.
